Update - Our phone service carrier continues to investigate the root cause of the delivery issues we are experiencing with our phone system. Initial indication shows that a majority of the message failures involve phone numbers with T-Mobile and its affiliated networks.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue that is preventing incoming and outgoing text messages from being delivered for a subset of users. Our phone service provider has escalated this incident and working to determine the root cause. Students and families are encouraged to call or email staff members if they receive a delivery failure while this incident is being investigated. We apologize for the inconvenience.
